"Exercise and eat vegetables to be come healthy." A quotation that is familiar to all young children. Parent making sure that their children is eating healthy foods. Eating vegetables, fruits and not junk foods but some children do not obey their parents. Instead of doing this advice they still eat and eat unhealthy foods.
In this month of July 2012 known also as nutrition Month the theme is compatible to those parents who hardly make their children eat healthy foods like vegetables. Through this theme we can value some importance and nutrition facts that we gain in vegetables. Every time that vegetables were on the table we don't picked them but when we have enough knowledge about these food, we find some interest to eat.
But the question is, are the children interested to eat those vegetables? Almost young children were eating meat, junk foods and other unhealthy foods because it is more delicious, and tasty. While in vegetables, no taste, not so much delicious and the color is boring but if we get deeper, those vegetables are much healthier because of the vitamins, proteins and other nutritional values from veggies.
To make our self healthier perform daily tasks. we should eat veggies and fruits. If this Veggies get inside our body, its makes us stronger. SO, EAT VEGGIES HUH... :))
